- AMA understands that at any given time, potential bidders and buyers may not be able to participate in one or more of the above listed bidding options. This is why we provide all of the options so that we can better allow customers to participate in our auctions.
- Every potential bidder & buyer has different technological abilities. Many of our clients live in rural areas that don’t have access to high speed internet which is necessary to participate in the live internet bidding option. Other customers are not comfortable bidding in a certain scenario and that is why we allow you to bid under the circumstances that best fit your needs and comfort level.
- Not all auctions or items on a given auction have the internet bidding option available. It is at the discretion of sellers whether or not items are offered utilizing the internet bidding option. In the listing of our auctions it is specified which items have internet bidding available and which do not. All items always have the live on site bidding and phone bidding options.
- AMA’S GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES NECESSARY TO ALLOW EVERY PERSON IN THE WORLD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR AUCTIONS ONCE THEY QUALIFY FOR A BUYER NUMBER.
- What is required to register and participate at an auction?
- Live On Site Bidding
- Must present a valid state issued ID, such as a drivers license
- Must have on file with AMA a signed Buyer’s Agreement.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page for the printable version of the Buyer’s Agreement. You can print this off and have it filled out and ready when you arrive at the auction to speed up the registration process.
- Although you are required to register specifically for each auction we conduct, you are only required to provide a signed Buyer’s Agreement once. This will remain on file and valid until AMA deems it necessary to update.
- Internet Bidding (Live or Pre Auction)
- The internet bidding portal is a separate function in which you will be required to create a user account.
- Through the secure internet bidding portal you will register for each auction and at that time you will be prompted to provide the necessary information and documents for registration.
- Documents Necessary to register will be a signed Buyer’s Agreement and a Bank Letter of Credit.

- Phone Bidding & Any Other Forms of Absentee Bidding
- Must Have on file with AMA a valid Buyer’s Agreement
- Must have on file with AMA a current Buyer’s Information Form.
- Must have on file with AMA a valid Bank Letter of Credit.
